Common questions
Does one subscription cover every bank?
Yes. The app holds nine question banks and a single subscription unlocks all of them.
There is no per-bank purchase. The ten free questions a day are also shared across the nine banks.
Where is my progress stored?
On your device only. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Each bank keeps its own
progress, so a general bank and your state bank do not interfere with each other.
Deleting the app deletes all of it.
I paid but the app still shows the free limit.
Open Subscribe and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same
Apple Account used for the purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by this app: open the Settings app, tap your name,
then Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal.
Does it work without a network?
Yes. The questions, explanations and fonts are all inside the app. Nothing is fetched while you study.
My state is not in the list.
The app currently ships banks for Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California and Delaware,
plus three general banks (life, health, and accident and health) that cover the material common
to every state exam. Email the state you need and it will be considered for a future update.
I think an answer is wrong.
Please email the bank name, the question number and what you believe the correct answer is.
Corrections are taken seriously and shipped in the next update.
