Terms of Use

End User License Agreement · Effective 7 September 2026

This agreement is between you and Jiang Dewu, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using this practice-exam application (the “App”), you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What this is

An offline practice-question application. Everything runs on your own device: your progress is stored in your browser or on your device and is never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

2. Scope of licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial study.

Where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, this licence is limited to use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

You may not resell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the App; republish, scrape, or bulk-export the questions or explanations; or use them to build or train a competing product.

3. Practice material, not official material

These are independent practice questions written to resemble the style and subject matter of the exam named. They are not official material from any certification, testing, or licensing organisation, are not reviewed or endorsed by one, and are not actual exam questions.

Questions and explanations may contain errors, and exam syllabuses change. Where anything here conflicts with the official materials, the official materials govern. Use this alongside the official study guide, not instead of it.

Working through these questions is no guarantee of passing anything. Your result depends on your own preparation and on the real exam, neither of which is under our control.

4. Trademarks and affiliation

Certification names, exam names, and organisation names are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the subject matter of the practice questions. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those organisations, and no such relationship should be inferred.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Where a paid plan is offered through the Apple App Store, the following applies:

All charges, renewals, refunds, and invoices are handled by the app store or payment provider that processes them, under that provider's own terms. The App never receives or stores payment card details.

6. Your data can be lost

Because there is no server, there is no backup and no recovery. Clearing your progress, clearing browser or app data, switching browsers, switching devices, reinstalling, or using private browsing will lose your history permanently. Do not treat the App as a record you need to keep.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of study time, exam fees, lost opportunity, or failure to pass an exam, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free build, is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of sections 7 and 8 may not apply to you.

9. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Third-party terms

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App — for example, the terms of your wireless data plan.

11. Apple App Store terms

The following applies where you obtained the App through the Apple App Store.

11.1 Acknowledgement

You and we acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. This agreement does not provide for usage rules for the App that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11.2 Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in this agreement or as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

11.3 Warranty

We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.

11.4 Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

11.5 Intellectual property rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

11.6 Third-party beneficiary

You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of its terms and conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary of it.

12. Changes

These terms may be revised. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
